Learn Mahjong
We are so excited to welcome Julie from Ann Arbor Mahjong to Work & Wonder! She will be teaching us the basics. Her 2.5-hour session covers the history and tiles, card strategy, and plenty of guided, real-game practice with etiquette built in. Boo! & Wonder
Join us for a Halloween party before Milford's Annual Boo Bash on 10/24. Kelly Ridenour Photography will be capturing portraits of your little ones in their Halloween best, creating a timeless keepsake of this exact age, this exact costume, and this little version of them. Your ticket includes a photoshoot of all your children and you receive ALL of the photos taken! Red Carpet photos included, too.

Open Play: Grandparents Day
Calling all grandparents and grandchildren! Come make a little Wonder together. Join us for a special Grandparents Day Open Play celebrating the special bond between grandparents and their grandchildren—with play, crafts, treats, photos, and plenty of memories to take home. Plus, it gives mom and dad the morning off!

BLS General Education Session
A General Education session on Basic Life Support, led by 2 RNs who are certified BLS instructors through the American Heart Assoc. This course includes:
Adult, child, & infant CPR
Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Relief of choking
Rescue breathing techniques
Following the session, participants will have the option to engage in hands-on practice to reinforce key skills.

Work & Wonder is ONE!
Join us to celebrate Work & Wonder turning one year old! We will have an open house style party with free open play. Hatch Coffee will be here popping up to sell coffee and of course it's not a party without cake. We hope to see you there! No registration required.
Camp Wonder
Camp Wonder is a mini drop-off summer camp for school aged kiddos (5 and up!). It is led by Ms.Zuk (HVS Kindergarten Teacher) and will be held outside at Milford's Central Park. Campers will experience a new theme every week ranging from nature to K POP Demon Hunters to sports to Pokemon. Everyday campers will create friendships, learn team building, move through obstacle courses and so much more. Come to one or come to all - whatever works best for your schedule.
All sessions are from 9am-1pm and include an AM snack.
Week 1 (June 16 & 18): Camp Wonder Kickoff: Nature Explorers
Week 2 (June 23 & 25): Color Wars & Field Day
Week 3 (July 7th & 9th): Under the Sea & Water Days
Week 4 (July 14th & 16th): Superhero Training (including K POP Demon Hunters)
Week 5 (July 21st & 23rd): Magic, Fairies & Wizards Week (including Pokemon)
Week 6 (July 28th & 30th): Sports Mash-Up Camp
Week 7 (August 11th & 13th): Camp Wonder Olympics + End of Summer Bash
Camp is $35/session for members ($50 for nonmembers) and $35/siblings.
If you’d like to register siblings for multiple sessions, please book whichever camps you’d like for the first child, then email hello@workandwonder.co letting us know which sessions you would like to add-on a sibling for.

Music Class
Come join us as we sing, move, and explore rhythm together! Mrs. Rachael will be bringing her ukulele so we need your voices to sing along. We will explore some classic songs and some modern jams! We can’t wait to make music with you. This session will include a 45 minute music class followed by open play! Members get $5 off.

TOX Pop Up w/ Beach Haven
Brittany Rose, a W&WCo. member and Registered Nurse is the owner of Beach Haven, a medical spa based in Ann Arbor. She specializes in natural-looking injectables with a big focus on prevention and subtle results.
Beach Haven will be hosting a Tox Pop-Up at Work & Wonder Co. on January 23rd from 9am–1pm, and it’s open to the public. She'll be offering Botox, Dysport, or Daxxify with $2 off per unit during the event.
Brew & Wonder
During Brew & Wonder our space will be open to the public- with or without kids. Our friends from @hatchcoffeellc are popping up on the Work side. At Wonder we'll have open play where parents stay & play. Walk-ins are welcome until we are full - we will post on social media letting you know! If you're interested in a tour, stop by, grab a coffee and we will show you around!
If you would like to stay on the Work side and a get a few things done, add-on a Playguide at check-out! They will play with your kid/s for two hours so you can focus!

Pregnancy Meet Up
A drop-in evening for pregnant women to turn their “WTF is happening” thoughts into “thank gosh I’m not the only one”. These meet ups offer a welcoming space to meet other local pregnant women.
We are so excited to have Emily Affeldt, Certified Nurse Midwife from Michigan Medicine to come and answer any pregnancy/delivery related questions! Emily is amazing and SO kind and personable and we feel so lucky she is coming to spend her evening with us!
This meet up is free, but as always, child-watch is available (for a small fee).

MOM & ME
Get ready for a fun, feel-good morning filled with photos, mimosas, and sweet moments with your kids (and Kelly and Caroline)! Each family will enjoy a 20-minute professional photo session in a beautiful, naturally lit space designed to capture this everchanging stage of life. Your session includes 10 edited digital images with the ability to add-on the full gallery. While you’re here, sip a mimosa, snack on bagels and fresh fruit, relax and play.
Option to add a Pampered Session: This booking includes an extra glow! Included you will put your kids in child-watch and get pampered (professional hair and makeup) for $150 (paid day of). The booking time is for your photos. Hair, makeup, and child-watch will be for the hour before your booking time slot (ie: you booked our 12pm slot, you will arrive at 11 to begin your pampering). Your spouse is welcome in child-watch, too, if they want to be around!
Photoshoot only is $149 and includes:

Pop Up Spray Tans
Beach Haven will be popping up at Work & Wonder for Airbrush Tans just in time for our Mom & Me mini photoshoot!
We’ll be offering custom airbrush spray tans with your choice of Original or Rapid rinse solutions.
Original Tan: rinse after 8 hours | $45
Rapid Deluxe Tan: rinse in 2–6 hours | $55
Our solutions are formulated with violet and olive undertones to counteract orange hues, so your tan fades evenly and looks natural, no orange guaranteed.
Child watch can be added on for $5 per child, making this an easy, stress-free appointment for parents.

Therapy Dog Visit during Work & Play
Riley is a 4 year old Golden Doodle. She is a certified therapy dog, which means that her job is to share love and make people smile! Therapy dogs help to improve emotional well being in a variety of ways and places. Riley currently “works” at the hospital and nursing homes. When we visit, we encourage lots of petting and love!
Riley will come and play with parents and kids, then we will have a story time about a Dog with a similar job! We will have a special puppy chow snack for our human friends.

Little Loves Music & Move
A Valentine's Day music class with our favorites from The Kids Therapy Co! This will be a movin' and groovin' good time. The event will include open play, a music class led by an SLP and two OTs, a Valentine's craft, and a yummy treat!
Music & Wonder
Music Class with Milford's famous Miss Mandy! Miss Mandy owns Music Time of Milford and is joining us at Work & Wonder for a special pop up event. Music Time classes are developmentally appropriate for children birth-age 8, and fun for the whole family. This class will start with open play and the 45 minute music class will start around 3pm. We will have more open play afterwards if you came later due to nap. Snacks will be included!
If you would like to stay on the Work-side during the class, you can select a Playguide to attend with your child. They will sit through the class with them, then play with them during open play, so you can check a few things off your to-do list.

Whine & Wonder
Our last Whine & Wonder event was such a hit, so we're doing it again! This time Whine & Wonder will be a strolling event with heavy apps including a grazing table. We are SO excited to have Palm Readings by Darlene join us! If you want a ten minute reading, it will be $10 at the door. No need to sign up in advance, although palm reading space will be limited to the first 15 people.
Any women are welcome to come and if you have kiddos, they can be of any age. The more the merrier. Grab a girlfriend and join us on Main Street!
